Aeon Towers Ride a BMW Home Promo

Eligibility
- Qualified to join are all those who will purchase any AEON Towers condominium unit within the promo period.
- Participants may purchase their condominium unit through Bank Financing, In-House Financing or Cash basis.
Promo Coverage/Duration
- Promotion coverage is nationwide.
- Promotion duration is from October 1 , 2011 to October 26, 2016.
Raffle Mechanics
- For every purchase of any of the AEON Towers condominium units, buyers will get raffle coupon(s). Quantity as follows corresponding to the type of condominium unit that is being purchased.
- Studio Unit – 1 ticket
- Studio Suite Unit – 1 ticket
- 1BR Executive Unit – 1 ticket
- 1BR Standard Unit – 1 ticket
- 1BR Executive Corner Unit – 1 ticket
- 2BR Executive Corner Unit – 2 tickets
- 2BR Executive Unit – 2 tickets
- 2BR Suite Unit – 3 tickets
- 1BR Loft Corner Unit – 3 tickets
- 1BR Loft – 3 tickets
- Penthouse / Lower – 4 tickets
- Penthouse / Upper – 5 tickets
- Upon issuance of invoice for reservation fee (for financing scheme or cash payment) to the buyer by the sales office, the consumers will get the corresponding raffle coupon(s).
- To be able to participate in the raffle promo avail of the raffle coupon(s), unit purchased must be invoiced and buyers must settle down payment on or before October 26, 2016. Payments made beyond this date are no longer qualified in the raffle promo.
- Consumers should fill up the coupon with his/her complete name, address, age, telephone number, mobile number, model purchased, Sales Invoice Number, sales agent name or agency name and affix their signature (please see attached raffle coupon layout sample).
- Consumers may drop their filled-up coupon/s at the designated drop box found in AEON Towers Showroom in Bajada, Davao City and or at AEON Towers Head Office, 7th floor F.T.C. Medical Tower, Mt. Apo Street, Davao City.
- Grand Draw will be held on October 28, 2016 at the 7th floor AEON Towers Head office, F.T.C Medical Tower, Mt. Apo Street Davao City at 2PM in the presence of DTI and AEON Towers & F.T.C Group of Companies representatives.
- Deadline for submission of entries is at the closing hours on October 26, 2016. Entries submitted after the deadline shall be disqualified from the promotion.
- Employees of AEON Towers, F.T. C Group of Companies, its accredited advertising agencies and suppliers and their relatives up to 2nd degrees of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion.
- Prizes are transferable.
- Winners may claim their prize at the Marketing Division of AEON Towers Head Office at the 7th floor of F.T.C Medical Tower, Mt. Apo Street Davao City.
Guidelines:
- Prize tax shall be shouldered by F.T. C Group of Companies / Tax Free.
- Winners will be notified through registered mail and phone calls on how and when they can claim their prize. List of winners will be published in a newspaper of general circulation within two weeks after the draw.
- Winners will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to claim their prize. After the 60-day claiming period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of AEON Towers / F.T.C Group of companies with prior DTI approval.
Grand Prize Winner should be able to FULLY paid (100%) his/her AEON Towers Condominium unit bought upon claiming his/her prize.
